Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision plans; 401(k) matching; flexible spending accounts (FSA); and income protection plans; and generous paid time off and holidays. As a regular full-time or part-time employee, you are eligible for most benefits within one month of employment.

Ascend provides a variety of additional health insurance options for our employees and their dependents, like employer-paid life, short- and long-term disability for employees, and supplemental spouse and dependent life insurance plans for added peace of mind.

At Ascend, we want our employees to reach their financial goals. As such, all employees qualify for a 401(k) program. You can contribute on a pretax basis up to the federal maximum, and Ascend will match your contributions up to 3% of your annualized compensation.
